The history of the building of Bazar Alcharq restaurant is 300 years old as it was built during the Ottoman control of Syria and Alcham Building and was one of the most important buildings during this period and it was a location of the ottoman governer during his first duration as we notice the high attention of the exactness of architecture and food . . .,

The idea of changing the underground floor ( store ) into a restaurant due to the antiqyity it has and building a magnificent design as we find the arches formed from small stones and medium as this gives us a view of a far time in the history to live in our ideas for this age of time and to smell the smell of history from the corners of the place and also to make use of the beautiful underground that had been los in history and showings its art architecture to the visitors.

This buildinghad been changed into a restaurant in the beginning of 2003 and the restaurant was pressed in Aleppo stamp completely between all its similar restaurants available in Aleppo as the restaurant of Bazar Alcharq presents Aleppo original food especially that we won't find except in old houses and tastes men and at the head of the list of food presented by the restaurant all types of Mahashi and Kebab that were famous in the city and its well known the fame of kitchen and the art Aleppo kitchen.
